In 2012 The Winthrop National Fish Hatchery located in the heart of the Methow Valley made many upgrades to their facilitys and one was adding a RV pad for a grounds host. McHugh’s Excavating Inc. was hired to trench for electrical and install a water and septic system to supply the RV pad. McHugh’s team installed a gravity septic system and waterline including a frost free and on/off valves.
