In 2012, McHugh’s Excavating was contracted by the Town Of Twisp Public Works to excavate and bring up to grade all sewer man holes and water valve stand pipes spread throughout the town.  Over the years as the town’s road system was built up by asphalt and gravel the sewer man holes and valve standpipes for the towns water system where lost or buried.  The following pictures portray the scope of work and methods recommended and carried out to complete this project successfully.
